REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Exacoat.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.


Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.


Definitions

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Exacoat.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Exacoat, accessible from https://exacoat.com
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Refund Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an Order is 30 days from the date of your order being created.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will refund You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. You have 2 (two) options for the refund which are:

  • Refund to your bank account or PayPal
    70% of your purchase price, minus a 30% fee for administration and operational costs, to your bank account or PayPal.
  • Refund as a store balance
    100% of your purchase price, in the form of a store balance on the Website.

We regret to inform you that the refund policy does not cover the original shipping cost, and any subsidized shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you request a refund, the cashback earned on that order will be automatically void. If the cashback was already been used on another order, the refund will be reduced by the used cashback amount.


Non-returnable Items

  • Special orders: Any goods that are not regular stock items and were ordered per customer request
  • Promotional items: Any products purchased during an active promotional period, including those bought with a coupon code or as part of a “Buy One, Get One” (BOGO) offer, bundled products offered at a special price, or free gifts with purchase. 
  • Store credit purchases: Items purchased partially or fully using store credit (Exacoat Wallet)
  • Warranty or insurance claims: Products received as part of a warranty replacement or insurance claim
  • Specific product variants: Any variants of the DUSK Hybrid Case or EDGE 3D products

Conditions for Refund

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased on the Website
  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The Goods are complete and in the original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.


Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
