How are you drawing a winner?
Each Everything skins purchase will get one Ticket, and every Ticket added represents a distinct record in our database table tied to your email. From this pool of Tickets, a random entry is picked using a randomly generated seed based on the NumPy project. This random selection is the resulting winner.
