Are there any skins available for my device?

Available skins can be seen in our shop.

What are the differences between the Model 360° and Model Cut skin?

Model 360° protects all parts of the body, including the side bezels.
(not including the power button, volume button, and sim tray.)

Model Cut protects only the backside of the device. Case compatible.

Will it leave any stain when removed?

All skins from exacoat are using an authentic 3M vinyl material that leaves no adhesive residue and made to protect your device from scratches, mold and dirt.

Could I see the real picture?

All of the skin pictures can be seen on the product page.
Pictures are taken by exacoat and protected by copyright.

What is exacoat™ accents?

exacoat™ accents is an additional skin to get 2-tone colors.
It is installed on the top of the body skins.
Including 2pcs of exacoat™ logo.

Do I need to register an account?

An account is not required in making an order, however, a registered account is useful to track the order status

I have done the payment, now what?

Payment will be confirmed automatically.
If the payment does not match the nominal with the payment code, please do a manual confirmation on confirmation page.

What payment gateways are available?

For Indonesia customers, we accept payment through Bank BCA, Bank Mandiri, Bank BNI, Credit Card, and GO-PAY. For International customers, we accept payment through Credit Card and PayPal.

I'm unable to go through the checkout process

For any problem that occurred during the checkout process, please contact us.

Can I buy from another marketplace?

exacoat Official Store is available on Tokopedia, Shopee, and Blibli.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders with confirmed payments before 3:00 p.m. will be sent the same day.
For Saturdays, shipments are done at 12.00 WIB.
If the order made exceeds the daily shipment time, the order will be sent to the next day. (No shipment on Sunday)

I want to use GO-SEND or the shipment, is it available?

For shipment with GO-SEND, please place the order through Tokopedia.

Why does my order haven't arrived yet?

If the shipment exceeds the estimated shipping time, please contact us, and please inform us your order number.

When will my payment be confirmed?

Payment confirmation will be automated in every 30 minutes.
If the payment does not match the nominal with the payment code, please do a manual confirmation on confirmation page.

Where can I see my order status?

Order status can be seen in Status Page, your Account Page, and also from e-mail.

What does the status of my order mean?

“Waiting for Payment”
After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email from exacoat.
Please do the payment so that the order can be processed immediately.

“Being Prepared”
We will confirm your payment automatically and your order will be processed.

“Ready to Ship”
Your order will be sent in the same day.

“Order Sent”
Your order has been shipped by exacoat. Please check the tracking number by email or Status Page. The tracking number can be seen on the status page, and also by e-mail from exacoat after the order being sent.
The tracking number can be tracked within 1×12 hours from the time email was received.

Where can I see my shipment tracking code?

The tracking number can be seen on the status page, and also by e-mail from exacoat after the order being sent.

I received a defective product

If you received a defective product caused by a production error, please contact us including the product picture that you received a maximum of 5 days after you receive it.
We will replace it with the new one. (Not applicable for installation error)

I received different goods from what I ordered

If you received different goods from what you ordered, please contact us accompanied by attaching the detailed pictures of the defected goods you received a maximum of 5 days counted from the date when the goods arrived at your address.
The product can be replaced only if the goods are still in perfect condition.

I messed up the skin installation. What should I do?

You can gently take off the skin and try to install it again assisted by a hairdryer/heat gun. See How to Apply page
